Project Description:

ArchTech is an innovative project that connects European architectural heritage with digital technology through the development of the “Buildings Alert!” web application and its interactive digital map. The platform allows young people to explore heritage buildings through geolocated pins, digital narratives, photographs, and multimedia content, transforming heritage into an interactive and participatory experience.

Through co-creation activities, training, and pilot testing, young people and youth workers actively contribute to the development of the platform while strengthening digital skills, civic participation, and awareness of cultural heritage preservation. By combining heritage storytelling with digital tools, ArchTech promotes a more accessible, youth-friendly, and community-driven approach to protecting Europe’s built cultural heritage.
